Habit — Series 05

The Habit series stems from the observation that many contemporary accessories remain anchored in inherited archetypes — the handbag, the glove, the belt — forms that no longer fully reflect the way we move, carry, and use objects today. Rather than reproducing these fixed categories, Series 05 proposes a process of decompartmentalisation. Accessories are conceived as hybrid objects, crossing functions and typologies to respond more intuitively to contemporary behaviour. Through these hybrid constructions, Habit — Series 05 explores the relationship between the body, gesture, and use, proposing accessories that adapt to movement rather than constrain it.
